Delete your Stackjam account

Provided by Beton. You can request deletion of your Stackjam account and associated personal data even if you have uninstalled the game.

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open Stackjam and go to Your profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email Beton8@yandex.ru with the subject Stackjam account deletion. Include your nickname and, if available, the account identifier displayed in your profile. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment information. We will verify ownership before deletion; a nickname alone is not sufficient to authorize deleting an account. If you still have the game, you can submit a matching in-app problem report to verify access. Guest accounts without recoverable ownership evidence may require additional verification.

What deletion does

We remove your profile and linked authentication identifiers, devices, friendships, blocks, personal match history, submitted reports and account-linked analytics. Shared game records are anonymized. Restricted recovery backups may contain older copies for up to 30 days. Advertising providers handle their own deletion requests under their policies.

Deletion cannot be undone. For questions, contact the same support email.
