Stackjam Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026. Stackjam is provided by Beton. Contact: Beton8@yandex.ru.

Data used to run the game

Stackjam creates a guest account after the age check. We process an account identifier, a random installation identifier, your nickname and avatar, interface preferences, game actions, results, friend relationships, invitations, blocks, and reports you submit. Network infrastructure processes IP addresses and technical request information. We use this information to provide multiplayer gameplay, save progress, maintain security, handle reports, and diagnose failures.

Advertising

The Android game includes Appodeal and the advertising partners BidMachine, Yandex, MyTarget, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Liftoff/Vungle and Bigo Ads. When advertising is available, these providers may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device information. Availability and personalization depend on consent, region, and provider requirements. Consent failure does not prevent playing. You can reopen privacy options in Settings when offered by the advertising provider. See Appodeal's privacy policy for its providers and practices, and AppLovin's privacy policy. No precise location permission is requested.

Optional platform services

Google or Apple account linking and Firebase notifications are available only when configured for the installed version. Account linking processes a platform account identifier and authentication tokens. Notifications process a push token and your permission choice. The initial Google Play release uses guest access and does not offer account linking or push notifications.

Sharing and public information

Your nickname, avatar, public moves and results are visible to other players in a room. Private hands are restricted to the relevant player; pass-and-play uses a handoff screen. We transmit game data to our hosting infrastructure and advertising data to the relevant providers. We do not sell player profiles. We may disclose information when legally required.

Security and retention

Game traffic uses HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on the device. Account information is retained while your account is active. Deleting an account removes profile and authentication data, registered devices, friendships, blocks, personal match history, submitted reports, and account-linked analytics; shared game records are anonymized so other players' games remain intact. Restricted disaster-recovery backups may retain older copies for up to 30 days. Deleted accounts remain disabled; if a backup is restored, deletion records must be reapplied before player access is restored. Advertising providers manage their own retention as described in their policies.

Your choices

You can change your nickname, avatar and preferences, manage advertising choices when available, and delete your account in Profile. You can also request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app. Contact us to request access or correction of your information.

Age

Stackjam is intended for players aged 12 and over. The app does not knowingly create accounts for players who indicate they are under 12. Players under the applicable local age of consent should use the game with parental permission. Advertising uses the provider's under-age-of-consent treatment.

Updates

Changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
